The Company

PB Trade & Marketing Company, LLC (PB Trade) is an international advisory, project services and marketing company. PB Trade assists international companies and governments with financial acquisition, high-value project execution and trade transactions. PB Trade arranges funding against client's assets to assist with increasing corporate cash flow requirements, funding for large infrastructure projects, or providing financing options for commodity transactions and trade.

We represent a syndicate of private investors who have the capability to self-fund projects with their strong financial ties to top world banks, hedge funds, and insurance companies. These extended contacts are worldwide in the United States, Africa, Middle East, China, India, and South Est Asia.

Through our partner network we provide in-country turnkey project solutions. The projects we look to fund and execute are Government or private infrastructure projects, utilizing renewable green energy solutions using solar, wind, biomass, and micro power grids. We focus also on water purification solutions and systems including the building of desalination plants and systems.

Pegi S. Bautista Bernez Founder and CEO

Pegi S. Bautista Bernez is the Founder, President, and CEO of PB Trade & Marketing. For over 30 years, she has worked as an independent contractor offering her in depth and personalized skills across public relations, management, consulting skills and financial resources to corporations, private companies and foreign governments for specialty projects and programs in the areas of trade and sales, trade finance, trade missions and special events. As a business executive and entrepreneur, Pegi has successfully developed multinational business opportunities and internal trade partnerships for governmental, corporate, and private investors around the globe. She has been recognized by her peers and professional colleagues for her expertise in financial engineering, commodities, and trade forte, as well as her wealth of knowledge in emerging regions such as Africa, China, Southeast Asia, and many locations throughout five continents.

Felix Maye III Vice President, Chief Investment Officer

Felix is currently the Principal member of Aura Exchange Ventures and the Chairman for the Zora May Family Charity of Cincinnati Ohio.

Felix previously held the position as Core Managing Member of Latin American Caribbean homeland security which focused its efforts on the effects of the Latin American Caribbean and South American communities regarding their homeland security issues both domestically and abroad associated with financial matters that would affect the American economy.

Prior to his current positions, Felix was the Co-founder and

President for Cornerstone Capital Management, a Global Macro Strategy Hedge Fund where he was responsible for the firm's global business development and was instrumental in developing the firm's asset base which included very diverse clientele ranging from retail clients, banks to several sovereign nations.

Christian Mouritzen Vice President, Operations

Christian Mouritzen manages the operations and budgets for PB Trade. Christian has 30 years of experience as a senior business executive in operations, budgeting, market development, import and export, and marketing and sales, including creating revenue‐generating partnerships and distribution channels. Throughout his career, Christian has worked with numerous F500 companies and brands across industries such as CPGs, Financial Services, Food, Hospitality, and Tech. In addition, Christian has worked in operations with several tech startups and small businesses.

Robert McCammon Chief Engineer and Construction Development Officer

Robert N McCammon BEM MSSc is the Managing Director of PBK Developments Ltd, Founder and CEO of Kilmurn Professional Project Solutions Ltd ( Kilmurn) both registered corporations in Northern Ireland.

Robert brings to table 40 years’ experience in engineering and construction, knowledge within Power, Renewable Energy, for the Commercial, Industrial and the private sectors. Robert has operated in all areas of the world constructing projects on behalf of government and private clients, in Ireland, United Kingdom, Africa, and the Middle East. Robert’s in-depth knowledge and extensive experience with managing major projects around the world, provides high level project delivery. Kilmurn completed the installation of one of the 3rd largest Solar Plants in the UK, producing 38.5 MW and covering 200 acres. This project was completed in 12 weeks with total manpower of 450 workers on site. Robert ensures professional standards throughout his projects are maintained.

Patrick Danan Chief Architect and Design Consultant

Patrick Danan’s experience in the architectural field is wide and highly regarded. Patrick is C.E.O. of The MOPA Foundation and a Business Consultant to various companies including the United States Trade Development Program. Patrick is an Officer of First Equity Management Corporation, a company engaged in real estate developments and investments. C.E.O. and Executive Vice President of International Housing Development Group Corporation, and Officer of Patrick Danan & Associates and Promodev International, two corporations engaged in Architecture and real estate development.

Patrick has various publications including “Vie des Arts” (1972) and “Le Lien” (1975). His work also includes special studies in urban redevelopment, shopping plaza malls, and office buildings. Patrick has worked on many projects in France, Canada, Mexico and the United

States. Having studied under the world-renowned French architect Le Corbusier, Patrick began his career working for the highly regarded architect Moshe Safdie in 196. Patrick was offered the prestigious opportunity to work on Expo ‘67 housing project development in Montreal, Quebec. Upon completion of this project in 1968, he was appointed Director of Town Planning Committee of Old Montreal and began his own architectural firm.
